Things to do

La Grasse
La Grasse

The house sits in the midst of the beautiful, friendly, quiet village of Ferrals. The village has two Boulangeries, one of which doubles up as a Pizza takeaway in the evenings, a small but very well stocked village store, Tabac and Post Office, a restaurant, and a seasonal cafe bar which sometimes serves food.

For the larger shopping expeditions, the nearby town of Lezignan provides everything you should need.

A 20 min bike ride across the vineyards will bring you to the village of Fabrezan where the restaurants are relaxed and plentiful – from a family pizza to a grown up/dress up good night out.

Narbonne
Narbonne

The villages of La Grasse/Thezan are all in easy reach where a wide selection of restaurants are available.

The property is also 30-45 minutes away from the stunning Mediterranean beaches of Languedoc-Roussillion.

The Intermarche (Supermarket) is 5 mins down the road.

The historic and beautiful towns of Narbonne and Carcassonne are both 25 minutes drive away.

Hours of fantastic walking and cycling through open vineyards.
